Voluntary work

The backbone of our society

There are many volunteers in Neugraben-Fischbek who do good in their community through their work. Environmental education and nature conservation, support for migrants and refugees and assistance with integration, involvement in district development – helping hands are needed in all areas. Volunteers give their time, often combining it with a hobby and developing new skills. They also meet new people and build up a strong social network through shared projects.
